Seating at FedExForum
FedExForum is a multi-purpose arena with a seating capacity of approximately 18,400. The arena features multiple levels of seating designed to provide excellent sightlines from every section.
Seating Levels
- Floor Level – Floor seating and standing room for concerts and special events
- Plaza Level – Lower bowl seating with close proximity to the action
- Big River Steel Terrace Level – Mid-level concourse seating
- Pinnacle Level – Upper-level seating with full arena views
- Suites – Private luxury suites available for groups and premium experiences
For concerts, full 360-degree seating is available. We recommend checking the seating chart for your specific event, as configurations may vary.
Parking at FedExForum
FedExForum's Gossett Motors Parking Garage is an attached five-level parking garage offering 1,500 spaces. Two entrances are located on Dr. M.L. King Jr. Avenue between B.B. King Boulevard and Fourth Street.
Parking Details
- Gossett Motors Parking Garage – 1,500 spaces in the attached five-level garage; first-come, first-served for non-basketball events
- Accessible Parking – Available in the parking garage and the Dr. M.L. King Jr. Avenue marshalling area; valid state-issued hang tag or license plate required
Drop-Off & Rideshare
Guest and rideshare drop-off is located on Fourth Street between Beale and Dr. M.L. King Jr. Avenue at the east end of the arena. Vehicles may not idle or park in the drop-off zone. Express shuttle bus service and trolley lines are also available within a few blocks of the arena.

The FedExForum Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours on event days may vary. For ticket inquiries, call 901-205-2640.
Purchasing Tickets
Tickets for FedExForum events are available online through Ticketmaster or in person at the box office during regular business hours. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure availability.

Will call pickup is available at the FedExForum box office. Please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets.
